I have loved living at Chateaux Dijon Apartments. The staff are incredibly helpful. The amenities and grounds are impeccable. They host events for residents such as free breakfast or food trucks periodically. The location is perfect for my family.

Staff and maintenance are great. Location is good between I-10 and I-12 can get to stores quickly. They are updating the entire place this year and accept pets. Quite place no problems with noise. The walls are nice and thick and apartment size is good to.

Living at Chateaux Dijon has been a great experience! The size of the living space is unbeatable at a great value not to mention the closet space (huge). The company is constantly improving the property, always clean and I feel safe. The most recent improvement is a brand new, beautiful clubhouse and gym . I would recommend!

I recently moved into Chateaux Dijon and had a great experience! The only complaint was the amount of time it took for my screening to come back. However, that was not the fault of the complex or the people working here. Emily was amazing. She was responsive and quick to answer any questions I had and trust me, there was a lot! In fact, the entire front office was great! Glad to be here and looking forward to being a part of this community!

I have been living here for several years. I have never had a more pleasant experience. The staff in the front office are always so helpful and positive. The maintenance crew are always willing to go above and beyond. Anytime I have an issue, it’s always taken care of in just a few days. I would recommend to anyone this great place. I just wanted to update my review from a couple of years ago. I still live at Chateaux Dijon and it’s been almost 10 years. I’ve had a great experience living here. I have never felt unsafe at any time during my stay here. Everyone that I have dealt with from the office personnel, the maintenance crew, and everyone in between has been terrific. They remember the smallest details about their tenants. Such as, I work the night shift and they remember this and make exceptions when they have to do inspections. They work with my schedule. I could not ask for a better place to live !!

My family resided here at Chateaux Dijon Apartments for almost three years and it was the BEST apartment complex we have stayed at. I originally chose them because of the amenities, location, pricing, and most importantly that management was helpful and professional about leasing options as we were selling a house and looking to eventually purchase a new house. My kids REALLY enjoyed the pool as it was regularly maintained for our enjoyment and never crowed enough to keep us away. We also enjoyed the playground areas and the availability to walk around the complex at night with no issues. The gym was also a nice addition to the many amenities as well. Communication with management was also very efficient as they were great about getting issues resolved. What I also appreciated as that despite the costly renovations that happened during our stay, our rent was never hiked up and actually stayed the same during our entire stay. Our only reason for leaving was because we bought a new house and would still be here if not for that. I absolutely recommend Chateaux Dijon Apartments to anybody needing an apartment, especially for families with kids.

We lived there for a little over 3 years. It was a very safe and secure environment for our young daughter. Our apartment was clean and well maintained and if we did have an issue, it was addressed before the day was done. The location was incredibly convenient to both interstates. It was a great location for our home base as we figured out where we wanted to live. And we had a great experience with the office staff and the maintenance team.

I lived here for a short term and moved out on Oct. 31st 2019. I had a very pleasant experience living there. In fact of all the apartments I have lived in, this one had their act together the best. For, example, I had a problem with a humming sound, the repairman was over very quickly and it got fixed. They keep the grounds up great, and were always doing some maintenance such as painting, new gardens, etc. The place is safe, and if you live in building 4, quiet. A lot of the apartments also have a great view of a beautiful courtyard. Olivia was also professional and courteous. I highly recommend the place.

I never write reviews but Chateaux Dijon has EARNED this one!! I’ve lived in 4 different BR apartments in the past 4 years (including oakbrook, the lodges, and redpoint) and have never been this pleased with a complex. It is SO clean and well-maintained. Nothing is really ever broken or dirty and if it is it’s fixed by the next day. The Maintenance team is the nicest, cleanest, most professional and efficient that I’ve ever interacted with. I didn’t even have to clean the unit the day I moved in because the cleaning crew had done a FANTASTIC job. I mean it was spotless. No bugs, no mold, brand new appliances… After living here for only 3 months, I can tell the staff cares more about their residents than making or saving as much money as possible. HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

I lived at Chateaux for 2+ years. Since then, I have recommended this complex to multiple people. The maintenance staff (Halen was always so kind and helpful) were quick with any issues and always cheerful to see around! I can't share enough how friendly some of the maintenance staff was. Rent was a great price for the area, amenities, and units themselves. Most of the neighbors were great, respectful, and friendly. We did have a few car break ins and domestic disputes that we witnessed, but that is BR and the complex usually made efforts to address the issues. During our stay, we did have some major flooding and back-up issues due to the age of the building (built in the 1960s I believe), but again, the in-house team was quick and helpful. Upon move-out, we did not incur any crazy charges (just carpet cleaning), but we did thoroughly clean out unit before leaving. We did have two cats as well, and the pet fees are some of the cheapest I've seen (deposit per pet, no pet rent!). I already miss my time at Chateaux greatly and would move back if I ever needed to. By far the best apartment complex I have stayed in.
